Why do people put fake animals in their yard? I think chaining a real goose, squirrel, bunny, etc to your lawn would be way cooler.

I think they should sell alligators and coiled snakes and other more sinister animals for your lawn. Much more entertaining.
Those ducks aren't that bad, my cousin has bright pink flamingos in her front yard! I will never understand that!
